3. Ordering and contract
A purchase is registered once you finish the checkout screens. We send an immediate acknowledgment by email, and a formal agreement exists once your goods leave our dispatch table. We reserve the right to cancel an order if shelf inventory is exhausted or delivery details fail verification, refunding any collected funds promptly.
4. Prices and payment
Item prices are quoted in GBP and include relevant VAT. Postage charges are clearly stated on the checkout screen prior to final submission. We accept: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a plain clerical price error occur, we will let you know before shipping so you can reconfirm or withdraw the order.
5. Delivery
Postage routes, transit schedules, and fees are described on our Delivery & Payment notice. Custody and risk pass over to you the moment the courier hands the box to you.
6. Product images and colours
Photographs display authentic products prepared in our workshop. Screen tones depend heavily on monitor settings, ambient daylight, and browser renderers; modest shifts in hue do not count as manufacturing faults and do not qualify for complimentary return carriage or extra compensation. Physical measurements, botanical extracts, and container specifications are detailed on each listing.
7. Transfer of risk
We carry full accountability for the parcel until the delivery agent presents it to you or your designated recipient at your door. Risk of harm or loss transfers at that exact handover. Any obvious exterior box bruising should be recorded with the driver right away and reported to our desk within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
Goods may be sent back within 30 days from the delivery date according to the procedures on our Returns page. Goods supplied are subject to statutory warranty provisions under the United Kingdom Consumer Rights Act 2015, assuring that products correspond to description, remain fit for purpose, and exhibit satisfactory quality for their standard operational life.

9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the cumulative liability of Pandangsadar Botanicals Ltd. shall not exceed £100 or the total order value paid by the customer for the transaction in question. 11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom. Should any disagreement remain unresolved after direct discussion with us, the local court where our business is registered handles the matter, without affecting your consumer rights under the laws of your home territory.
