4. Tracking your parcel
Upon dispatch, an automated notification is sent via email and SMS containing your postal tracking reference and live parcel status updates.
5. Lost or delayed parcel
If your parcel shows no transit movement for 5 business days, alert us at [email protected] with your order number. We initiate an official parcel trace and either re-ship your items or refund the purchase completely, per your choice, within 10 business days of your message.
6. Damaged on arrival
If your package shows transit damage upon arrival, record photographs of the exterior container and contents, retain all packing materials, and contact our team within 48 hours for immediate replacement processing.

8. Delivery outside United Kingdom
Our parcels travel to specific destinations. You will see exact transit days and shipping rates in your basket before confirming your purchase. Any cross-border customs fees remain the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
