   What active ingredients are included in the daily formula?

   Each softgel provides 20mg of natural free-form lutein and 4mg of zeaxanthin extracted from marigold petals, suspended in 250mg of cold-pressed flaxseed oil within a plant-derived pullulan shell. We do not use chemical binders, chalk fillers, or bovine gelatine.

   How are orders paid for and dispatched?

   We accept payments strictly by cash on delivery or direct bank transfer. All orders placed before 14:00 on working days are packaged and booked for collection the same afternoon from our Bristol hub in discreet, recyclable boxes.

   What is your return policy if I decide not to keep the product?

   We offer a straightforward 30-day return window from the day of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed blister cartons. Simply contact our support desk to receive the return return instructions for our warehouse.

   How should I store the softgels to keep them fresh?

   Keep your blister packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, such as a pantry shelf or a desk drawer. Avoid storing them in damp bathrooms or near hot radiator shelves to prevent the plant capsules from softening.
